Hey girls, I’m looking at bras for post op and just wondered which is best out of the ibra and ultimate from Macom?
I also wanted to get some m&s bras but have no clue what size to get as not too sure what implant is going to fit so I’ll probably wait till after surgery for them.
With the Macom though I’ve seen some girls say buy a band size up from what you are and then I’ve seen other girls say there normal band size fitted perfectly..
    What would you recommend? Xx

Hey. We all seem to be told something different when it comes to post op bras. I was handed a little card pre op saying to accommodate for swelling buy one band and cup size larger than you expect to be. I’ve bought a Macom in a small (32″) and I normally wear 30/32. It’s still a comfortable fit and there is stretch to it to accommodate swelling.
I’m going to buy a Matalan high impact sports bra immediately post op as it’s £10 so I can chuck it when the swelling lessens and buy a M&S sports bra which hopefully will continue to fit me when I go back to the gym. Xx

Hey, I brought a Macom Ibra, ultimate and signature bra pre surgery and I’ve ended up wearing the Ibra the most – it’s definitely the best! I do wear the ultimate sometimes to sleep in. I wouldn’t go up a band size with the macoms, as they do stretch quite a bit and you need it to be tight anyway. They’re far more comfortable once the swelling has gone down! I also brought a couple of m&s sports bra but waited till post surgery so I could try them on. So now I alternate between my Macom and sports bra x
