1pWell I was prepared for pain, but I literally can’t do anything for myself I’m in so much pain, I keep crying at the end of pain killers wearing off! I sincerely hope it only gets better not worse!
I had 350cc, unders. ???? XHunny…. im with you on this one!!! Iv never had pain like it.. I had 425cc on Tuesday. Praying it gets better!!!!!! Im on top of pain killers and still so uncomfortable. Mainly my right breast. Xxx Any tips girls would be really appreciated. Xxx

1pSame! I just realised I’m actually taking ibruprofen too often so going to have to wait longer between doses! I don’t know how I’ll do that! Praying this gets better! Any tips would definitely be appreciated!!x
Ditto.. My friend had her done about a year ago and she stopped taking her pills after about 2 days as she had no pain. Unreal. Make sure you leave it 4 hours hun. Xxx

1pI’ve been leaving it 4 hours but apparently the ibruprofen should be only three times per day not 4! I knew it would hurt but I didn’t think it would be quite this bad! I’m only pod1 and if your still struggling I assume I will be like this tomorrow then! I just hope when it starts to improve it will improve quite quickly! ???? Xx
Same here. Are you using a Macom bra?? I am and its well tight. But people say there the best so dont wanna stop wearing it. Where is your pain?? Xxx

1pYeah I’m using macom too! It feels so tight but I issue its cos of swelling! My pain is on my ribs under my boobs and across the top of them too! My right one is worse today though you? xx
Ditto… My right is fucking agony. I get comfy so they dont hurt as much then my back and bottom start to proper ache. I have a dull ache at the sides and under my arms and the top and cleavage side of the right one. Agony. Hope it eases off in the next few days. Xx

1pYeah I’m the same! I get comfy and the my back aches! I’m just generally uncomfortable. The band of the bra feels like it digs in my ribs and my sides of my ribs do hurt too! I don’t know why I didn’t think it would be this bad I must have been deluded haha! I hope you’re feeling better soon! Xx

Feel for u both, I’m the same. Unders with 375 on one and 350 on the other. I was in the hospital for 10.30 and didn’t actually go in till 8pm so was absolutely knackered to begin with, so when I came out it was sooo hard to fight off the pain. Mine is mostly in my right but think cos he put one in and seen was different size so put a different size in to make them even. It’s pain in my ribs and back, the nurse had to loosen my band cos Thot that’s what was causing it, but still in agony. Don’t regret getting them done one little bit, but God the pain is unreal! Haha
Horrible isnt it?!?! Just think ladies… HOPEFULLY in a few weeks time we will all be like… ‘What pain?!?!’ With beautiful boobies. Its something iv always wanted and im such a wimp… xxx We will get there one day xxx

1pSame Rachel! This forum is so amazing for times like this! So happy to speak to others feeling the same! Not that I’m happy your in pain at allll!! Hopefully this will only be another day or so and it will calm down! I just spoke with a nurse because I was panicking that I was reacting to the antibiotics but she thinks it’s the intubation.

Just making sure i eat before hand drinking lots. Ill be honest… i kept seeing girls having wobbels becsuse they couldn’t shower.. ill be honest. I dont give a crap at the min. I dont want no one even touching me. I might sleep down stairs tonight as im much more comfortable on the sofa than i am in bed. X
No goooood that your in pain!! I had mine done yesterday too, I had 275cc overs! I was so scared for the GA, but honestly had such a good day!! Everything went perfectly and I’m not really in any pain at all, just feeling slightly bruised! X

1pRachel I had a sore lower throat and upper chest and I thought it was the antibiotics causing a reaction it she said it was the tube in my throat so it calmed me down. Otherwise I feel ok. Yeah I couldn’t care either! I don’t want anyone near me too! I slept on the sofa last night cos I was comfy there and probs will tonight j can’t see the bed being as comfy to be honest!

I feel your pain! But I am the bearer of good news this only lasts for 3-4 days it does get easier.
I am now 8 days post op and I can do pretty much anything. I’m a little sensitive but trust me it’s worth it!I had 350cc understand too and I love them.

Also… what about ice?? Does this help or not?? Or you better applyinf heat??

1pIce!!! Not heat! Ice will help reduce swelling! I’ve been using it across the top of my boobs and it’s so nice! Just for 15-20 mins maybe 3 times a day, no more. I had another terrible night, my back aches so bad when I try to sleep! So I’m so tired! My stomach is now making crazy noises and bloated and sore but I can deal with that. However, after a bad start waking up in pain, I am managing a touch better so far today.
XxThanks for your reply hun. I didnt use anything as i didnt know what to use. I used deep heat on my back last night and it was amazing. The bloating and trapped wind has been worse for me but iv been having lots of peppermjnt tea and its breaking down. I just have the horrible stinging, ripping feeling on my boobs. And there red hot.. is that normal?? X

1pMight have to try heat in my back tonight! I’ve also been drinking peppermint tea and it’s helping a touch! Still feel like something off an impulse advert but I think today is better so far! My boobs just feel numb really but all around hurts! I think the shooting pains are nerves healing! Not looking forward to that bit, use some ice if they’re hot! Xx

Personally I never used any heat or ice.
I just went naturally tried to stay in bed as much as possible.
Sleeping will also get better as I know I was sleeping on and off for like 4 hours for the first 2-4 days.
I had my post op appointment I am healing very well. The trick is to keep the wound very dry and try not to make sudden movements and just be paitent with yourself.
The first 4 days felt like the longest days of my life.
I have just had my first proper shower. Feels amazing!!!I love my boobs I will add the pictures below.

Thanks for the update hun x im so impatient. I feel tons better today to be honest but still not able to do anythinf so im doing just what you say and staying put. I feel so much better since drinking peppermint tea and Dulcoease tablets aswell. Xx Id post my pics but i dont know how to cover my nipples xxx
And Elizabeth… your boobs look frigging incredible!!!! Thabks to all the girls who have had there input in the last few days. You’ve all been a great help and made me feel much better and less paniky!! Xxx
