Hello I’m really wanting to get a BA done with mya but like everywhere the reviews are really putting me off 🙁 what makes it harder is that I don’t know of anyone Personally that has had a BA and therefore no one to advise me! Can anyone help? Why did you choose MYA and what was your experience with then?

    Hey Polly,
I’m booked in for surgery on 4th January 2017. I’ve had it booked since August and since then MYA have been amazing! I go Manchester for my consultations, my pc is natalie and she’s great, always gets back to me quickly and is lovely, I’m having Mr Traynor and have had two consultations with him and he’s also great! He really knows his stuff I couldn’t of asked for more from him. I would recommend MYA to anyone xxx

Thank you Laura that’s reassuring to know! Iv got two clinics in mind including mya, but I’m leaning towards mya despite a few negative comments that iv read, how was your treatment after the procedure Laura? 🙂

Hi Polly. No matter where you go or who you chose you will always come across mixed reviews. Everyones experience differs from the next. Personally i went with MYA and Dr Andrea Giannitrapani was my surgeon. I used the Birmingham clinic for my consultations and follow up appointments and London Fitzroy for my surgery. I found the whole experience easy and stress free. Definitely recommend x

Ah that’s so close chantelle! I bet you’re buzzing for that, if you don’t mind me asking how much roughly did you girls pay? I know it’s different for everyone but it’s still useful to have a figure in my head, and let me know how your procedure goes?! Do you like have a instagram account to show your progress? xx

Hi Gemma, I know! Thank you! I’m really glad, when did you get your surgery done?

I know it’s so close really it’ll fly by! It’s so scary really haha and I’ll be paying £ altogether, I chose the 0% finance option so I paid half the price as a deposit and secured my date and then I start paying £ the month after my surgery for 10 months. I’ll definitely be on here and putting my experience on as it’s nice to see other girls progress! My insta is mya_ba_040117

Hi Polly, I had a consultation when I was 18 (now 24) at Harley medical group and I hated it, the nurse I saw so so unhelpful and shunned off all my questions. I never went back and it really put me off getting BA.. Well now 6 years down the line I hear of MYA and booked my surgery yesterday for 10th Feb 2017
My first consultation with MYA was so good I was in there for an hour asking questions lol. My Patien coordinator is so lovely and always there if I have any questions.

I also started to get nervous when I saw a few bad reviews but so far my experience has been a breeze

Good luck with your journey and any questions you have the girls on here and so helpful 🙂

Hey jess, that is so reassuring to know! Loads of reviews I read were mainly about the after care..but so far on this page iv seen nothing but good reviews! How long roughly did you have to wait between consultations and then surgery? I haven’t even had my first consultation yet and I just wanna get started haha oxo

I had my first consultation on October 15th met my surgeon November 7th and have booked my surgery for February 10th, that’s the day I chose though so not sure what else was available but I was lucky cos they had the exact date I wanted. They are very busy so it was hard for me to get booked in for the surgeon consultation as I can only do evenings but I got there in the end xx

You should call and book a consultation and see how you find it, they don’t pressure you or anything xx
