    Hello! I know that lots of people have asked this question but I can’t find the right response! Can anyone tell me what the letter from MYA to your GP says? Thanks! xx

    Hey. It says that you are having elective surgery with them and that they would like information on your *this next bit varies from person to person* general health and wellbeing. They then state a date which they require a response by and that’s it. X
