I really want to know about this my op is in January . Im an ex personal trainer and i work in a gym but on reception now. Fitness is just such a big part of my life. I know i need to take it steady and paying out for it im going to take my time and make sure i heal properly before pushing myself.
Any time scales would be great.
100% will just be starting with cardio until scars are healed and range of motion is fully restored especially with been under he muscle the muscle needs time to repair.
