HI Girls!
My op is booked for Wednesday 23rd! so excited! but i haven’t received my admission time yet 🙁
i am at the first trust preston booked in with Mr Traynor
i thought i was quite laid back and calm about the whole thing but tonight i think i’ve started to panic that i’m not prepared or don’t know what to expect, so i wondered if you girls have any tips or could share your experience of how the actual surgery date went? i.e. admission times, surgery time, what time did you leave? also, did someone have to stay with you all day? or can they just drop you of and leave a while after and come back later?
for the surgery day i have packed
Macom
zip up hoody
baggy top i can step in to and comfy pants
peppermint sweets & soothers
water
dressing gown
a pillow for the way home
and i have my v-pillow and water bottle for home and i’m taking Arnica
am i missing anything?
