Hi everyone, I’v been trying to contact my PC and the Chelmsford clinic for the last two days without any luck, the call centre tried to put me through but said they were probably busy on the phone and that they would get someone to call me back by the end of the day but I’v heard nothing.
Basically I’d had steroid injections and couldn’t have my op until I was three months cleared of them so I booked my op on the 13th January thinking that my last lot of injections was on the 11th of October but the hospital have confirmed that they actually cancelled that appointment and I had had them on the 18th October meaning that come the 13th I will be 5 days short of the three months, I don’t think they will operate so I need to change my op date, is there a charge for this as I only booked my surgery three days ago? X
