    Really struggling with sleeping upright it’s only my 2nd night and I’m having a lot of pain in my back, what can I do to help get abit more comfortable when sleeping?

    I bought a backrest for my bed from argos it was recommended by a lot of people on here to help keep u in the right position comfortably.
