    Hi. Am I being silly but what’s the difference between dual plane and under the muscle or is this the same thing? Thank you!

    Hi Jules, I could be wrong but I think dual plane is the same as partials, as in partially under the muscle x

    I wonder why they do it partially rather than fully? Any ideas

    I think I had partials as I he could push flesh to the top and the implant would be at the bottom of my boob, if that makes any sense. I had an uplift with it too x
