    Struggling to get over i’ve got to take my acrylic nails off ???? will i be ok with gel polish over my natural nails does any one know? Also what do you wear on the day of your op?

    You have to have natural nails for the monitoring equipment to be able to work. I was told to take button or zip up top and some comfy trousers that are easy to get on my nurse actually recommended joggers or pj bottoms rather than jeans or leggings.
