I’ve seen a couple of people say they have had to have a lift and then implants done separately 6 months after, whereas most people are fine to have both done at the same time. Does anyone know the circumstance of why they’d be done seperately? I was hoping for just a BA, now booked for uplift and implants and meeting surgeon next week but I can’t deal with any more disappointment so I’m hoping I can have both at once!! Xx

    Hi,

I am the same situation hun – 2 different surgeons said the same. I want to go larger but after having 2 more children after my first BA 13 years ago I have a lot of sag going on!! Also lost weight which made them more saggy.
If you cut away all the excess skin, wait for them to heal you will get a better result – Almost like a total new set – They will be able to put larger implants in. There is more of a risk of rippling which is not a good look.
I was so disappointed and spent the last 4 months changing my mind on what to do!!
    Hope this kinda helped
    Sx
