I have no idea whether I should be doing shoulder rolls or just leaving them be? I had my op on the 1st feb and getting up and out of bed is so painful and uncomfortable! Any help would be appreciated to speed up the recovery xx

    Hey.
If you want to you can do shoulder rolls to help loosen your muscles but if you don’t feel up to it or don’t want to then you don’t have to. Just take each day as it comes and don’t over do it.
    Happy healing.

Thank you. The muscle tightness is not enjoyable so I might see if it helps! xx

Do what you feel like you can fox make sure you take your pain meds if you feel you need them, ice boobs to help with swelling and maybe a hot water bottle on your back shoulder area to help with the muscle tightness.
And I was told to massage my boobs to help encourage them soften.
    Happy healing x

If you have someone at home ask them to place hand behind back to lift you up, using your back.. it gets easier by day 4-5 i did by myself with no pain. You dont want to knock anything xx

Thank you. My boyfriend works from so he’s been helping me out so much. But I feel so bloody pathetic not even able to flush the chain or put socks on. Can’t wait to be more mobile! I’ll be day 3 tomorrow so hopefully it’ll start to subside. I’ve been taking the coedine and it’s really helped, especially at night when sleeping. I feel so drowsy and high as a kite the whole time ???????? xxx
