No, haven’t had it yet. It was “issued” a week ago and told it would take 3-5 days. After 4 days I chased and and was told they had authorise it so I had to provide my bank details and was told it wouldn’t be in my account until this Friday, then been told today it’ll be in by the end of the month. I’ve now been told end of the week again. So much conflicting information. Why does it seem so hard to process a refund? Especially when the money was immediately transferred to them, you’d expect the same back!
