I searched for this topic so thought I would share what Ice dove as iv had no problem sleeping.
I have a wedge pillow under the mattress so my mattress is raised on one side (I should of bought two), then I have one memory foam pillow, with v pillow on top and then a fairly soft pillow on that, with small pillow for base of back. I also have a pillow under knees to remove any pressure ( I read this is good and I’ve found ok). Hope this is of use to someone.
