When I had my 2 week check up she said I can start sleeping on my side and flat on my back but I’m not 3 weeks post op and it still hurts me so I’m still slept sleeping up xx

I’m 12 days post op and when I went for my 7 days check with the nurse she said I should sleep at a 45′ angle and I could slowly lower myself but said it might be uncomfortable but said do not sleep on your side yet I’m assuming in case it moves them slightly I’m still sleeping up have slid down the pillows and found my chest to feel tight at the top so I’m not ready for flat laying yet xx can’t wait to sleep on my side tho 🙂

I’m 3wpo today. I’ve found I’m waking up in the night on my side where I’m turning in my sleep. So I’m trying to sleep on my back flat but I’m propping a pillow just behind the side of my
Back so if I do move over to my side in my sleep I’m not properly on my side, I’m leaving back into the pillow. I’ve always slept on my side so I’ve really struggled with back ache so that’s why I think I’m moving in my sleep x
