Can't get through to Fitzroy Started by: Denise

    Hi,

    I have been trying to call the Fitzroy clinic since yesterday because I had an enquiry before my op on Tuesday.
    Its constantly busy, even though it keeps saying I’m at position One in the queue. The music keeps playing and then it says no on is available.
    My PT told me on Wednesday that ill get my admission time on Friday and I haven’t heard anything.
    Has anyone had this problem today?

    Hey hun ur best to email ur pc if u can’t get through and tell them you have been trying and can they call you back. They do get very busy. I know how annoying it is I got cut right off cos they were closing when I called once! They have late night openings til 8 some nights.
