Have you received any emails or signed anything that has your date on that you wanted? I paid for my deposit after I had just seen my surgeon and received an email which had a link to the paperwork and I did an electronic signature. It then sent another email that had my date on and said approx how many days were til my op which was like 5months or so.
Call up the clinic first thing Monday and get the receptionist to check your file. If they’ve confirmed reciept of your deposit there shouldn’t be an issue with booking ur date tbh. If it’s not been booked in just ask them to advise what steps u need to take next and explain you have tried to contact your pc. See if you can get the email of the receptionist or another pc and forward the emails u have already sent as proof that always helps to speed things along especially when chasing a pc 🙂
