    hi everyone, just wondered what the different types of inplants were and can you get ones that last for life? xx

    U can get some with life time guarentee, but the implant is for life not the operation. Or how your body acts in 20 years time. xx

    They won’t explode and you will ‘die with them in’ !! They are like jelly babies, not filled with anything. Like the others said, the implants are guaranteed not to rupture, but nothing else. x
