Anyone had XL implants? 550+ Started by: Jess

Had 450cc with Dr Mounir last May. Loved them for a while but now want to go bigger and not too keen on the “natural” look they seem to have after dropping! I loved the high fake round look they first had. Has anyone on here had larger implants done and have you had anything extra done to keep them round and high? Internal bra or overfilled or whatever?
