Just passed the 6 WPO mark – when can I go braless? Help Started by: Sian-Rose

    Hi ladies,
    So I’ve just passed the 6 week mark, got the all clear from my nurse. I asked her when I could go braless and she said they never really advise girls to go braless but if I wanted to do it for a night out I’d be ok. I’ve got a concert to go to tonight and was considering going braless but I’ve seen some girls on here saying they waited until 12 weeks? Do you think I’ll be okay or shall I wait and when did any of you go braless for the first time after the opp?

    I went braless last weekend for a night out and I was about 10 weeks post op. I was drunk at the time so didn’t feel anything lol but the next day and also the day after that I was pretty sore like it felt maybe 3 weeks post op? Round the sides etc. I will have been jumping about dancing though and potentially some knocks to the boobs as it was so so busy! I won’t be going braless like that again any time soon personally but you might be ok it sounds like it will be for a shorter time than I was the other day x
