    Hii,

If anyone has any advice for me i’d appreciate it!

I’ve always been self conscious about my boobs because they are so small and unfeminine.
I know by having breast enlargement will give me the confidence I’ve always lacked but I just keep having second thoughts.

As I am worried because I am so flat will there be a big gap in between by two boobs? has anyone had this problem that they weren’t happy with?

is it best for me to go teardrop?

also if I don’t have much breast tissue which I was told by the dr hence why my boobs just havn’t grown do I go under or over the muscle is there a difference in the way they will look if I go after.

i’m currently a 34 A- wanted to not go to big just to make me look feminine so a 34 b/c?
    what would you all recommend
also I could go to Manchester or Liverpool is there a preference in which others prefer?

    Thanks in advance! :))

    Hi

I’m the exactly the same as you! I really can’t make my mind up but I know it would make me feel so much better!

I’m no where near Manchester or Liverpool and only went to the London Fitzroy and at the moment just spoke to my PC but booked to see a surgeon next Friday.

I’m an A/B and don’t have much to go with so she said I would need unders. I think definitely book to see a PC as she made me feel so much more excited when I walked out and especially this forum has helped me a lot more

I’m worried I’d have a massive gap too so that’s putting me off, such a hard decision isn’t it!

Good luck with whatever you choose, sure we would love them if we got them done xx

Hi girls I’m now 2wpo & it’s the best decision I’ve ever made 🙂 it’s natural to have worry & be concerned with any outcome but you are in very great hands, I had Dr Traynor 400cc hpu & he’s done such a fantastic job I’m over the moon with my results

Mr Traynor told me the gap I already have will be the same (only small) book in with a surgeon & go from there but honestly they will offer you a selection of size which you get to try on x

Hey hun it’s totally understandable to feel unsure as its a huge decision to make! Your best bet is to get a consultation with a surgeonpc who can match you to a surgeon. Its clear you want a very natural look with a slight change in volume

Teardrops are reccomended in certain cases due to what you already have naturally and you can discuss this with the surgeon to see if you are a suitable candidate however they do cost more and you are best to go with a surgeon who has a lot of experience fitting them. They are different to standard rounds.

If you have a small amount of breast tissue then you’re more likely to be put forward for under the muscle and some people believe they give a more natural look because you can’t see the outline of the implant at the top.

Rule of thumb is 150cc equals 1 bra cup size however if ur petite (Size 4, 6, 8) and narrow on ur band size (28, 30) like I am ur likely to get more than 1 bra cup size.

I had 325cc and thought I would go up 2 and a bit cup sizes but I went up 5 bra cup sizes!!!! I dont mind because they look really natural and fit my frame. But if ur petite be mindful about what u choose. Some surgeons give u a massive range of sizes to choose from and leave it to you. Other surgeons are more cautious and give u a limit and refuse to go above it because it’ll look too big for ur frame and ripple / over stretch skin.

Remember that cc does not guarantee a cup size it can only be a slight estimate. Implants measure larger than natural boobs so even if they look a certain cup they most likely measure bigger

Depending on the size of ur gap ur surgeon can choose to use implants that have a profile measure wider than standard hp (high profile). I was given mod plus and they measure the widest but have the smallest protection because I had quite a gap naturally. I was very well researched on the projections and wanted mod plus and it has definitely corrected my gap, it’s much smaller.

If u get overs the gap is lessened naturally more due to the placement compared to unders beaches unders are kept in place by the breast muscle and have a more restricted movement. If ur not offered don’t panic as mod /mod plus can help sort out the gap.

I would suggest u look on realself.com and check out their pic search
u can see pre and post op images sorted by implant size, age and even pre op size I think. It defo helped me understand and visualize how my boobs would look.

Finally having a boob job was probably one of the beat decisions I’ve ever made having waiting over a decade to take the plunge! I’d say follow ur heart and research as much as u can. There is no rush to do it and remember it takes upto a year for full final result. You need at least two weeks off work and the first few days are very uncomfortable. I had mine just before Xmas and I’m so glad I did because u have to wear quite a lot of frumpy crop tops that give u dull coverage while healing plus u can’t batch properly for 2-4wks depending on what ur surgeon says. No way I would have coped in the summer plus my new boobs are all healed and ready for their first holiday later this summer. So plan and research plus make sure u have family/partner support as its an emotional roller-coaster from start to finish but I’m sure most girls would agree they would do it all again!

Hope tht helps fxxx (14 wks post op)

Hey Lucy ur very welcome and thanks hun. Honestly the more u know about the proceedure the better decisions u will make. My mum wasn’t very happy when I told her I had booked my op but she soon came round when I explained all that I knew and information about Mya and my surgeon. U feel more confident to explain (if u can be bothered) to others if challenged (about the op) also about why ur doing it and the myths that surround it.

All the best and good luck! Fxx
