    Hi ya ladies, went down yesterday at 10.45am. 350cc mod plus under muscle. Came around ok but Instantly felt pain and had a job to be moved onto my bed from the op bed. Hardly ate felt better once my husband came at 2pm. Pain relief to helped and it took a while for me to wake up properly. Was home by 8pm but sick alot due to the anesthesia. Took pain relief before bed and hardly slept. Pain was terrible. Woke up at 5am to take the muscle relaxers and then up at 7am to take pain killer. I suffer from anxiety so often have to take deep breathes which is so difficult because of the pain. I’ve read on her that it gets better after day 3. Fingers crossed. My babies are all taped up so can’t show pics just yet. Will upload and keep you updated x

    I had surgery on Friday morning and I promise you it does get better! 🙂 sleeping is still a struggle but I think that is to be expected especially as I never sleep on my back normally. But just take it one day at a time, don’t expect too much of yourself. Keep on top of the pain relief even if you think you don’t need it just take them at regular intervals anyway. Its also helped me to keep moving I think! I was getting really anxious and tensing up which was just making it worse and giving me terrible back pain. Even if its just a gentle walk to the shop once a day its so much better than sitting not moving around and tensing up. Hope you feel better soon!! xx

    Hi @Zara thank you for your message. This forum is the only thing really keeping me going. Knowing that I’m not alone and othershe are feeling the same discomfort. Trying to get through each day. Got so much going on this month with birthdays and other bits so enough to keep my mind occupied but at the same time need to take it easy. Can be frustrating not being able to do much but I expected this and just this to weather the storm
    Seeing pictures of peoplea progress is so good. Can’t wait for monday. Think it will becomwork very real to me then and I’LL feel a little perkier. Xx hope you are recovering well hun x

    Hi Gemma. That’s good that you have lots to keep your mind off it :). I can’t wait to have these bandages off too but I feel more anxious about that than I did the actual surgery! I think because then it’s real and praying I like what I see. Hope the pain is better today and you had some sleep! Xx
