Hi ladies, I’m currently 7weeks post op & I can feel rippling either sides of my boobs. I was a 34a before & I had 300cc, so not a massive implant. I’m a size 8-10, I’m not super skinny tho! I’m really worried about this, it feels horrible & lumpy. Does anyone else have this? I’m seeing the nurse today although I know there’s nothing that can be done. I’ve just started exercising so I wonder if this has something to do with it. Xx

Aww thanks gerda. I’m going the nurse today. I did have a bit of tissue to cover, plus, their only small implants. There r girls who are tiny & have bigger implants who don’t get this so I’m confused! Google says this happens if a bigger implant is used & not enough tissue to cover so implant can be seen or felt. I’ll c what nurse says today. I will prob have to put weight on & gain fat to cover them ☚ī¸ Good luck with ur op gerda xxx

My surgeon told me that rippling will always happen no matter what, whether it’s just felt or seen he said you’ll always get it x

I can feel rippling in my implant in my cleavage area, luckily you can’t see it. Your rippling may look more noticeable with weight loss, so if you’ve lost any weight lately then it may make it seem worse x

My surgeon also told me that rippling is always present in every implant some people you can see it and others feel it and it all depends what angle you look from dx

Aww thank you so much girls! I thought it was just me as no one ever mentions it! I’ve just been the nurse & she said it’s normal too, just don’t loose any more weight coz that’s what will make it more noticeable. Can’t wait for the 3 month check up with surgeon tho, just to make sure everything else is ok. Xxx

If u imagine the sides of the implant creasing, u can feel the creases around the edges. I can only feel mine at the outer sides when I loose a few pounds in weight. Also, I get really sore & lumpy boobs around the time of the month! I was told this is normal too xx

So glad I found your post, I hadn’t noticed it before but I am coming up to 6weeks post op and I was in the shower a couple of days ago and noticed rippling on the inner parts of my boobs where my cleavage is and it completely freaked me out.
I can’t see it but I can feel it and it feels quite gross and lumpy. I was hoping it was something that would go away maybe over time or when they fully dropped but I am guessing if you have rippling you’re stuck with it. I am petite a UK6 and about 8 stone and had 350 and 375cc high profile partials from a 32A/small 32B. I am hoping it doesn’t become visible, I can live with it being just on the very inner parts of my cleavage to the touch but really don’t want it to be visible!!
I’ve got my 6 week checkup soon so will talk to the nurse about it but I guess there’s nothing that can be done

    xx

I’m feeling more & more rippling the more they settle. The outer sides & underneath & sometimes cleavage area. It’s worse when I loose a few pound xxx
