Hey everyone just a little bit of reassurance…. I had my boobs done on Wednesday so today is POD 3 (POD 4 if you include surgery day as it was first thing in the morning). Not going to lie yesterday I woke up and was in agony, felt like my chest muscles had all torn when I tried to wake up but today I’m absolutely fine. The pain have gone over night. I’m just still a bit sore under neath both boobs and the insisions are a little itchy. Apart from that I feel ok today. My mum has washed my hair over the bath and I’m feeling pretty human! Xxxx

so glad you’re feeling better!!!

had my op wednesday too and today i’ve woken up with energy finally!! have you changed your bra?? i’m honestly too scared to change from my macom at the moment but I feel vile! Xx

@hannah glad your feeling much better today. Nope I’ve not changed my bra yet. The other ones I bought were quite cheap and don’t have much support so I think tomorrow I will hand wash my Macom and put it back on. Give my boobs breathing time for 10 mins or so!!

@siobhan I’m glad you feel better too. We’re finally on the mend yay!! I’m just on comfy clothes. Worn all my track suits lol xx
