Thankyou Claire, my nurse told me 6 weeks and also 6 weeks in post surgery bra (it’s probably not so bad but my stomach muscles have ripped again! Took 3 years to re-fuse after pregnancy and tore 3 months ago so i keep going into spasm overnight)
I think you need to be very upright for the 1st 2 weeks but after that just need to be propped up just so your not flat, allthough different companies have different policies with the sleep thing judging by other posts, just trying to go by the Mya book for the best outcome xxx

Nick mine are still very hard too i only managed to get that bra on because its literaly just lace on elastic, they feel softer as in i can touch them now and feel tissue whereas before it was like just touching stretched skin but there still not moving at all can’t wait for sqidgy to happen!
V im sick as a chip with the sleeping thing 🙁

Hi Becki thankyou so much! And yes they literaly do change everyday infact sometimes twice a day!! Seriously, can’t keep up with them, i think thats what makes it such a rollercoaster you just get used to them and then they change again xxx
