My surgery is in 5 days and I have bought the 30c pillutes. How do I take them and should I start taking them now? And when should I stop taking thrm? My nurse said I’m not allowed to take anything but I’ve heard a lot of girls doing this. Xxx
I started taking mine a week before op date but found they made me feel really sick and bloated! I stopped taking them 2 days before op and started again on the day of my op. 9DPO and i’ve had no bruising and minimal swelling! Xx
I used arnica tablets when I had my lips done last year but still bruised loads, but I’m still taking them around my op incase I’m just prone to bruising and they did actually help! You can get them from pharmacies – I got them from Sainsbury’s, for 80tablets (they’re tiny) was about £6 xxx
