    Hey
    I have a 34 macom which I brought as they fit anything upto a H cup and was advised by my surgeon after my op that I need something bigger so I ordered a 32J from figleaves but the design of this bra just sits on my stitches and bruises and I can’t bear to wear it as the pain is unreal so back to wearing the tight macom
    Just wondering what big bras are best and most comfortable?

    Hi Rebekah. I too have been on a mission to find the right bra. If they are too tight they cause agony on the incisions and around the ribs. I have found the M&S sports bra the most comfortable. Before my op I was a 32/34 C, I am now wearing a 36 F sports bra. I was advised on this forum to go up a back size to allow for bruising and swelling.
    I tried the Macom Medium, it was FAR to tight. I then tried a 34 DD M&S one, far to tight, then 36E which was okay for a couple of days, but then I must have grown and that bra was agony, so I got 36 F and if feels really comfortable, a massive difference finding a bra that fits comfortably.
    ps I had 350 overs.
    The bras cost £25, I will find a pic to share so u can see them. xx

    Thank you, the figleaves one wasfine til today! Not sure if I’m also growing or what!???? Not that I’m complaining???? the 34 band is fine it’s just the cup size that I can’t seem to find a good bra????
    But I’ll look into the m&s Ines only problem was when I last looked they only went to a G cup!

    To be honest I was 34f pre op and I went for the Macom bra I had both designs the normal one and the ultimate one too x I felt like mine were super comfy and very supportive I had 550cc x so must be sort of similar to you xx :-*

    The macom is comfortable I just was worried as the surgeon said it was too small that it wouldn’t do the correct job but that’s put my mind at ease knowing your also huge (if you don’t mind me saying) and can still wear the macom thank you ahah xx
