I went and bought 4 extra silent night pillows aswell as a v pillow so now have 9 pillows and the v one. The first 2/3 nights sleep for me were awful I slept 3/4 hours and it was broken sleep which made me feel 10 times worse the next day because I was so tired. I can now sleep quite comfortable and all night. I’m just over 2 weeks po and sleeping upright sucks but you get used to it. Hang in there hunny it’ll get easier I promise xx

I have two normal pillows stacked on each other and this cushion thing I bought, I turn it the opposite away round from the photo so I have some lower back support http://www.houseofbath.co.uk/shop/faux-sheepskin-back-support/xw394/product/details/show.action?pdBoUid=6193#colour:Pink,size: I then put a v pillow over it and a cushion under my bum. I manage a good few hours before I wake up and it seems to be doing the trick x
