    Who’s your PC?

    I’m really not impressed with the total radio silence since paying the deposit. I have no idea when my balance is due and to where I pay it to. My financial statement was incorrect and they said they’d re-send over once amended with the IT Dept a week ago, still nothing. Also I asked for confirmation on nurse appointment date and time. No reply. It’s really not filling me with confidence I’ve chosen the right company.

    I’m getting mine done 31st may. My initial consultation was 10th April my PC is Eka she’s really lovely ! X

    Hey,

    My PC is Naomi Courts, only seen her once but she was lovely! Every time I email her she responds.
    I did think I’d see her more but it doesn’t bother me too much I haven’t xx

    I had claire as my pc before I now have Naomi …
    claire was brilliant with all problems including my questions about surgery …. sadly when I saw Naomi she just kept saying “you will like them once they are here” no to helpful
