Hi, wondering if anyone has any advice/has had similar problems.

Im 5 years post op, had my breast enlargement following the birth of my first. Had 340 unders. My right breast has always had the problem of the implant sticking out on the inside and some rippling at the side but not overly noticeable and the surgeon confirmed its just a risk which was fine. My left breast has always been nice and soft and natural had no problems. I had my second 7 months ago and have recently noticed that my left breast is alot softer than it was, there is now rippling at the side and when i lie flat i can see a dip at the front where my nipple is, also i can feel the implant sag at the bottom. Standing up you cant notice much but laid down you can really notice, its like the implant has sagged… obviously i know as with the pregnancy my breasts did grow alot so im assuming the muscle has stretched and isnt holding the implant like it used to. Im really worried that the implant has leaked or somthing… its the gel ones so not the liquid saline. Can anyone advise what to look out for if this is the case? I spoke to a lovely nurse at the clinic she advised to see if my gp would send me for a scan first as itll be free as its so difficult to know if its burst or not without a scan but havent got round to that yet…

Sounds like a scan would be a good idea – only advice you need is proper medical advice which we cant really give. I would say google your question and look for replies on realself or go on there, as it is surgeons and doctors who give replies. Have you looked at double bubble and dropping out? Google them and see if any relate to your problem. My friend has had two children and her implants are fine, both times she was also much larger in the boobs. Good luck whatever it is you will get it sorted.. defo go and visit your doctor or hospital for scan.
