@icrlm hey lovely, I hope your surgery went well today, how are you feeling? I’m just three days away now, very excited! Just wondering as well, what dose of arnica tablets would you suggest taking for the couple of days leading up to surgery? The bottle says 1 dose every 2 hours for the first 6 doses and then use when you need to thereafter. Don’t want to overdo it! Xx
