@holly1994 first day and hours after opp a nightmare I had muscle cramps (apparently only 30% get) both me and another girl got,, then was sick until 2pm this morning,, that was scary as thought Id damage something. But now not being sick can take meds to help pain paracetamol only atm incase the other stuff makes me sick .. it hurts i had no idea what was coming labour is a breeze compared to this. MInd you now not being sick etc I feel ok just sore so if no sickness or cramps not to bad. Ive got work tomoro so i need to recover quick x
