@aaaangell heya! First week I was really achey and stiff but nothing too bad that I couldn’t handle. I stopped my cocodamol by day 3 and then stopped everything by day 6. Used an ice pack a lot. After getting my strapping off they felt heavy which made them uncomfortable and second week onwards I’ve been fine. Driving again, washing my hair and just being normal. Get sharp pains in incisions every now and then but feel back to myself now 😊 Hope you’re doing okay x
