is SO ecstatic about my new nose!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! its even better than what i hoped for! thankyou Dr Gonschoir, youve made me the happiest girl ever, and you havent even asked me to marry you!! (even though, i probably wouldnt object right now haha! 😀 :D) I have been waiting for this day for ten years, you have made me me again! MYA helped me to make myself amazing and I am so SO grateful for everything! (hmmm apart from the cost 😉 – but well worth it!)
