@san1995 Hey hun, I was actually using the MYA bras post surgery, in a size S. Just found it easier then wondering what bra size I would be. After a few weeks I started alternating with the high impact M&S bras and got them in a size 30DD. I would go with whatever back size you are in a D or DD to begin with. Hope that helps 🙂 x
