I’m nearly 3 years post op now from empty 34b to 550cc now massive heavy boobs. I’ve been back to see me frati to have revision surgery bit he says to have smaller implants 400cc but I’m sure it need an uplift. Does anyone have advice or before and after pics if they decide to do uplift. Frati says I won’t need it but if I want it I can have it. I’m so co fused.
