Had my consultatiom with Dr Adamo today can’t decide 410 or 460? Any suggestions ladies? I am currently small 36B, size 10-12, 5ft4, 9half stone.. quite broad on top and slim legs! Don’t wana look fat after if i go bigger but don’t wana be disappointed with 410 if they cum up small! Help or pics would be great please!
