Glad to hear :). First few days were horrific for me. Felt like I couldn’t breathe which panicked me a lot but feeling so much better now although I have a cold now and sneezing and coughing has been… interesting haha x
Under the muscle you need more healing time than overs apparently. Glad your on the mend though, rest up with lots of lemsip I can’t imagine sneezing or coughing would be comfortable aha x
Yeah I’ve heard the same. It’s still tight but a lot easier to breathe! Lots of day nurse and water for me! X
