Has anyone had a successful BA without lift and happy with nipple position post op?

My surgeon recommends BA without lift at present to see how I get on?
Currently 34a, and hoping for 350-400 over muscle using motiva ergonomix.
Has anybody had similar issues had had a good outcome?

I’ve read previous posts from a few years ago, that ladies with P.E. the breasts fall in on each other and touch.
Was hoping for current updates.
