Topaz Investments Malta Limited has been authorized by the Communications Commission to acquire 38.2353% of Prometheus Holdings Malta Limited, which is the beneficial owner of Silknet.

Daniel Kunin The final beneficiary of Topaz Investments (Malta) Limited is Erkin Tatishev who is a long-time member of the Silk Road Group.
