Anyone got any tips or pics to help me, had my intial consultstion! currently a 30dd, prior to 3 kids I was a 30ff so am thinking to go to a similar size, not sure If I will need a lift yet or not until I meet the surgeon, wanting operation asap as I have to fly to mauritius in may, want the whole glam look so need a surgeon who can give me this look, ? Any surgeons you could recommend ?any comments are much appreciated, any pics of uplifts and BA also most welcome
