1 year post op i chose 295cc Ultra high profile my measurements were 32b before i am now measured at a 28F I only asked to be a D cup so take this into consideration when choosing ultra high profile i am 4 x bigger. If i chose again i am not sure i woulf have chose UHP probably a 350 or 375 high profile. I have found the uhp to really drop in the lower pole not so much shape to the top unless with a good bra. Which i was not informed by my surgeon when querying the difference between hp and uhp xx
