i currently have 405 cc pip implants that need replacing. i love the look of my pip implants the roundish and firmness of them . i want my new implants to look the same just a bit larger i dunno weather to go for the 460 cui or the 445 inspira soft touch . soooo confused with it all :-(. all i know is i like the round firm look aaaaaargh decisions xxxx
