I have just booked my first connsultation for this Friday. Been thinking about breast implants since my sister had hers done 12 years ago. Reallly want natural looking breasts. She has more fake look. Just want to know if this it possible to get really natural looking breasts. I have 34b at moment. Any advice would be great and also surgeon. Thank you =0)
