9 days post op! been back to work for 2 days now. feeling amazing! havent had any pain at all through all of this! actually quite like having the cast on! just wish i could scrub my face! stitches came out yesterday- almost painless, bit stingy! cast coming off in 7 more days! #mrgonschior #nosejob #open-septo-rhino+graft
