    If I go from an A to a C/D cup (345cc HP overs) will my clothes size change dramatically? Worried nothing is going to fit post surgery!! :/

      you know I had the exact same implants and as far as I can tell. All clothes still fit. The only thing I haven’t tried and they might not fit anymore are some of my business button up shirts.
