well its been two weeks tomorrow since my op and i am really happy with my results. they are still really hard and stiff but have softened loads over the two weeks. seen the nurse last week and im back to see her on wednesday. im not sleeping too good though as im waking up with every movement and really restless, part from that im doing good. ive been off painkillers after a week but sometimes taking paracetamol usually when i try to do too much and cause them to ach but im healing well and really happy.
