    My fitness pal app on iPhone is good way to count calories on what you are eating (you even can scan bar codes on food packaging for nutritional details, and record your activity for the day walking, running, yoga etc. It will calculate your recommended calorie intake to acheive your goal weight based on your current stats weight etc. I weigh my food portion the first time after scanning bar code e.g. My bowl of cereal is much bigger than the recommended 30g portion, mine is more like 90g so I recorded 3 portions for breakfast. Just record everything that goes in your mouth, calories add up fast, my bowl of cereal snacking is easily 400 calories!!! That not counting the milk… It will tell you at the end of the day when you’ve finished recording data what you would weigh in 5 weeks time if every day was like that day.
