Slept better than I thought I would, eyes look better than yesterday, nose feels okay still bunged up and gunky..feels weird saying 1 day PO, gonna miss my countdown lol 🙂

Mine lasted for 2days then i could take the thing u put under ur nose off! when u take that off it feels much better! just keep eatin ice that worked wondersfor me!
Yeah nose is fab atm, stil swollen tho but its reduced loads within the last month xx

yeah it came off in the night and it felt great when i woke up lol theres loads of gunk and ooze coming out its gross, feels like I constantly have phlegm too yuck! have u got any tips for reducing swelling? xx
Yeah it’ll stop it a day or two.. but ur nose wil be well crusty due to the dry blood etc just dont pick it let it fall out cos ull av stitches n that n u dnt wana touch them.
Yeah its a lovely process after haha. Tbh hun just take arnica for the brusing around ur eyes. I tryd the arnica tablets and i dont think they did much! Drink pineapple juice that helps. when your cast comes off youll see the shape of ur nose n then itlll swell its only cos the cast has been secure and when its released it swells. just ltierally dont touch, times a healer youll have good + bad days xx
