Last Wednesday, a week after BA and open septo-rhinoplasty (25/8),which had gone really well with almost no pain, my left breast started swelling.
Within a few minutes it was almost double the size of my right, really painful, and I was really scared. I phoned MYA was saw me immediately, and Marisa the nurse at Upper Wimpole Street was lovely.
A day on more antibiotics made no difference, and Mr Fallahdar saw me Friday,outside his normal hours, and tried to drain the fluid at the clinic, but it was not possible.
He reoperated on me Monday, making himself available on the day and time that suited me. He drained the haematoma & insisted on a new implant to avoid any possible infection and was professional, supportive and so kind at a time when I was really worried.

Marisa continually phoned, and has phoned again to see how I am.

A haematoma like I had is very uncommon, but I just wanted to highlight that Mr F is not only a fantastic surgeon, but a perfectionist who could not do enough to help me.

I love my new nose, my boobs after the 1st surgery and my boobs now!!
